Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, M. R. Callahan developed a passion for leadership and systems thinking. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Economics from the University of Michigan in 2006, followed by an MBA in Strategic Management and Organizational Innovation from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
