Morgan Frazier

Morgan Frazier

Morgan Frazier is a multimedia journalist who has a passion for sports and plans on becoming a sports broadcaster after college. Currently, she is both a student and athlete at the University of Florida.

She works as a reporter for WUFT News, a PBS affiliate, covering events happening in the North Central Florida area. Previously, Morgan has worked at WUFT-FM, a NPR station, as a reporter and interned with WCJB TV-2o as a sport video editor.

In addition to academics, Morgan is on Florida's gymnastics team. She is a member on the 2013 SEC Championship and 2013, 2014, and 2015 NCAA National Championship winning women's gymnastics team. She has received Academic All-American and SEC Honor Roll honors

Through athletics, Morgan has had the opportunity to work with GatorVision, ESPN, and the SEC Network and help run an athlete run blog, "The Gator Grind."

She is the President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, which is the governing body for student athletes. She was in charge of producing and directing the 2015 Florida Letterman Awards, which is Florida's version of the ESPYS. Two of the videos Morgan made went viral on YouTube and where shared by many media outlets including BleacherReport.

Morgan plans on graduating in the spring of 2017 with a dual degree in Political Science and Telecommunications.
