Morgan McKibbon
Small Business Owner, Writer, and Volunteer in Highland Village, Texas
Morgan is the proud owner of Pink Paw Pet Sitting that services the Flower Mound area, a suburb twenty-five miles outside of Dallas, Texas. Her singular goal of providing her clients with the peace of mind that their pets are being care for by professional pet care providers who not only love, but also understand, their animals has resulted in her company’s stellar five-star reputation, consistent annual growth and the pleasure of having cared for hundreds of clients and thousands of their pets.
Morgan has worked in and out of the pet industry for over 25 years having had her first job at 16 as a sales clerk for Pet Food Express in Northern California. By age 19 she was the Assistant Manager for Burbank Pet Plaza in Burbank, California. After that she transitioned to the corporate world working for many years as a Financial Analyst for large technology company in Van Nuys, California.
After moving to the Dallas area during the summer of 2013, she knew she wanted to again work where she could help pet owners and the pets they adore. Her love of animals and her passion for service has led to the creation of a pet sitting business that has established some of the highest standards in the industry through a commitment to a business model that combines highly experienced and educated staff members along with consistent communication to the pet owners who put so much trust in her and her staff.
Morgan enjoys spending time with her two rescued dogs, a Boxer named Lily and a Staffordshire Terrier named Charley, and her two cats, Foster (a true foster failure) and Ellie Anne. She writes a column for Lake Life Magazine, a publication of N2 Publishing and provides helpful tips and information for pet owners through her business blog at www.PinkPawPetSitting.com. She is currently working on a coaching and mentoring program for others who want to have a successful and thriving pet care business.
