Morgan and Kristina Jones

We are a Canadian teaching couple both working at Kyiv International School in Kyiv, Ukraine. Currently, Morgan teaches AP Music Theory, HS Instrumental and Vocal Music and MS Music. Kristina teaches two levels of HS Drama as well as MS Music, however in previous years she has taught various levels of elementary music.

We are both performing musicians and started our careers as performers before moving on to teaching. Kristina is an established artist, designer, and photographer who regularly works with the school to create promotional material.

One of the great aspects of working at KIS is that we have the benefit of working together as a team to build a dynamic performing arts program. As performers we also see the importance of demonstrating our art and making it a priority to perform for the community, usually in the form of benefit concerts for local organizations.

The opportunities that we have had since moving overseas five years ago have amazed and astounded us. We are so grateful for all of the people and places we have had the privilege to visit. Exploring and supporting our community is very important to us and we are looking for a place that we can feel part of.
