Morgan Anthony Bourque

Morgan Anthony Bourque grew up in The Woodlands, Texas, in a community that valued responsibility and clear thinking. Those early lessons shaped his approach as he earned a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University, where he also studied communication and speech. He later attended law school at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and then at South Texas College of Law, where he discovered a strong interest in courtroom advocacy through Mock Trial and Moot Court, earning championships in both.

During law school, Morgan learned how to simplify complex issues, think quickly, and speak directly and confidently to juries. Before opening his own practice, he spent time working within the justice system, interning for the United States Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice, Southern District of Texas, as well as the district attorney’s offices in Harris County and Montgomery County. These roles provided him with firsthand insight into how investigations begin, how plea decisions are made, and how trials unfold behind the scenes. Morgan viewed these experiences as practical training, learning how cases are built and how assumptions or mistakes can be addressed on behalf of clients.

After returning to The Woodlands, he began practicing law with his father, who had already built a long-standing career in the community. He prepares each case as though it could go to trial, which has helped him secure more not guilty verdicts in criminal and DWI cases in Montgomery County since 2019 than any other attorney.
