Sean Morgan is a native of Neptune, NJ and a proud descendent of the Brielle, NJ Morgan family. He possesses a bachelor's degree in sport management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey (New Brunswick, NJ).

During his collegiate career, Sean obtained many achievements including: being a x5 Dean's List recipient and memberships into Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, Inc., Gamma Sigma Alpha National Greek Academic Honor Society, the North American Society for Sport Management and the National Association for Sport and Physical Education. Sean was also an active student on campus as he was involved with the Black Men's Collective and Residence Hall Association.

Sean possesses over five years of work experience both at the Division I collegiate and professional levels working for the Rutgers women's basketball team and New York Liberty respectively. Sean possesses a wide variety of skills as he has multiple years of experience in sports videography and team operations.

Sean is committed towards the advancement of women's sports. He developed his passion for women's sports during his tenure under Naismith Hall of Fame coach, C. Vivian Stringer and the Rutgers women's basketball program. Sean was a loyal and passionate employee to Coach Stringer's program as he frequently sought to stand out amongst his peers. He realizes that many of the players that he's worked for won't, unfortunately, have the opportunity to play at the professional level due to the lack of teams/limited funding of women's sports programs. Thus, Sean has been actively researching the sports industry and developing an innovative marketing project for the WNBA. His ultimate goal is to become president of the WNBA and create the WNBA into an international powerhouse.
