Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts, and you are sure to succeed. My name is Morgan Zinkie and I majored in Integrated Marketing Communications at Illinois State University. And I am here to "state" my business to all of you viewing. My passion is in creating joy in other people's lives. Happiness should be the easiest thing to spread, so why don't we start taking steps in improving the way we share, interact, communicate, and live. Anyone can become a marketer, but in order to succeed as a credible marketer in this high-tech and globally diverse world, one must make others happy by providing products and services they value, instead of forcing that value upon them. It is time to stop pursuing a product-oriented strategy and to start pursuing a customer-oriented strategy, because without them, there would be no business and no theme in our "storybook".

Every brand has their own story with their own meaning and purpose behind it; that is where we as marketers come in to complete the vision for the company. I am determined to start this challenging, yet rewarding, process of evolving a company's brand into a remarkable and memorable "storybook", chapter by chapter. And the hero behind this story is the customer.
