Stephan Morgenstern was born on October 10, 1962, in Berlin, Germany. He grew up in East Germany in a working-class family. His father, a former soldier, worked as a waiter, while his mother, Luise Morgenstern, initially stayed at home to care for the children before later working as a waitress and briefly serving as a member of the German Parliament during the political transition period following the fall of communism.

From an early age, Stephan Morgenstern showed entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic. He began working at 14 as a dishwasher to help support his family, later becoming a waiter. After completing the 10th grade in 1979, he entered the workforce full-time, believing he could forge his own path without further formal education.

In 1989, just months before the fall of the Berlin Wall, Stephan Morgenstern attempted to escape to West Berlin, risking imprisonment. This experience, though brief, was formative in shaping his determination and drive for success.

Following the fall of the Berlin Wall, Stephan Morgenstern began his entrepreneurial journey. He briefly operated a video rental store in early 1990 before entering the world of multi-level marketing (MLM), where he would make his mark. His first venture in this field was with the Hamburg Manheimer insurance company in April 1990, where he quickly became one of the top sellers within six months.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Stephan Morgenstern worked with various MLM companies, including ProCura Real Estate, Quorum Security, LifePlus, Tahitian Noni International, Life Wave, and Synergy Worldwide. He consistently demonstrated his ability to build extensive networks and streamline business operations, often becoming a top distributor or sales manager in Europe.

In 2014, Stephan Morgenstern began working as an external consultant for Futurenet, a web-based social business platform. He later joined the company as an employee in 2016, responsible for marketing, printable materials, merchandising, and sponsorship partnerships.

Stephan Morgenstern's career has taken him across Europe and to the Middle East. He lived in Berlin until relocating to Austria in 2008, and later moved to Dubai in 2017, attracted by various business opportunities.
