I’m Moriah Perez, a Project Management Professional and the founder of Infinite Projects LLC. My experience includes executive support, project coordination, business operations, nonprofit work, real estate support, and mobile notary services.

I help professionals and organizations turn ideas into organized plans, efficient systems, and meaningful results. Whether I’m coordinating a project, supporting executive leadership, assisting with real estate operations, or serving clients through my notary business, I bring initiative, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence.

I am currently expanding my work in real estate, entrepreneurship, and community impact while building businesses and projects designed to create long-term opportunities for others.

Background and Professional Journey:

My professional journey spans nonprofit, corporate, real estate, and entrepreneurial environments. I have supported executive leaders, coordinated projects and events, improved administrative systems, and helped organizations operate more efficiently.

As the founder of Infinite Projects LLC, I am developing a growing service-based company focused on project support, business operations, mobile notary services, field services, and future real estate and property-related solutions.

My experience has taught me how to manage competing priorities, communicate with different stakeholders, and transform scattered ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Strengths and Aspirations:

I am strongest when I am building, organizing, connecting, and solving problems. I naturally identify opportunities for improvement and create structure where it is missing.

My leadership style is grounded in initiative, integrity, creativity, and service. I care deeply about helping people grow, strengthening communities, and building systems that create lasting not temporary impact.

My long term vision includes leadership in real estate, business development, public speaking, philanthropy, and community centered projects.

• Became a commissioned Texas Notary Public and trained Loan Signing Agent.
• Supported executive leadership and real estate professionals with administrative and project coordination.
• Developed business systems, service offerings, marketing materials, and operational processes.
• Currently pursuing my Texas real estate license.
• Continuing to build experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and community development.

Personal Interests:

Outside of work, I enjoy entrepreneurship, writing, public speaking, photography, design, music, fitness, and learning new skills. I am especially interested in real estate, community development, generational wealth, philanthropy, and creating opportunities that help people build better futures.
