Morris Akpebe

I’m Morris Akpebe, a Computer Engineering graduate, entrepreneur, digital marketing and AI strategist, and youth development advocate.

I’ve been fortunate to be recognised through programmes including the Tony Elumelu Foundation, MTN Foundation, McKinsey Forward, World Bank Group Youth Summit, ForbesBLK, HEOSL OML30 and JPI Young Leader & Innovator Award, among others.

I grew up in a small village in Delta State where access to technology, electricity, mentorship, and career guidance was extremely limited. I had no mentor to show me what was possible, so much of what I know today came from teaching myself through the internet after gaining admission to study Computer Engineering. That experience shaped what I live for: making access to knowledge, technology, opportunities, and mentorship easier for the next person.

I’m the Founder of Dasbridge, an AI-powered platform focused on helping Africans build relevant skills, discover opportunities, and grow their careers and businesses. Through my work in digital marketing, AI, business development, and funding, I’ve helped generate ₦35Million+ in client revenue, 10,500+ leads, and ₦15Million+ in grants.

Beyond business, I’ve trained 2,000+ young people in AI, digital skills, entrepreneurship, and career development. I’ve led learning communities, taught students about technologies ranging from Introduction to Data Science and Cybersecurity to Digital Entrepreneurship, and facilitated peer-to-peer learning in Nigeria’s 3MTT programme. I currently serve as Director of Programs & Hackathon for a Kaduna NYSC digital literacy CDS by MindTheGap & NITDA, where I’m helping lead the planning of a major technology and innovation convergence in Northern Nigeria.

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: where you start should not determine how far you can go.

I’m passionate about technology, AI, entrepreneurship, data, education, and building systems that create real economic opportunities for young Africans. I want to build companies, communities, and initiatives that outlive me and ultimately help create the access and guidance I wish I had growing up.
