Personally I love to be competitive, professionally, most consider me a highly self-motivated and accomplished Program Manager with extensive Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) experience with the Army, Air Force, and Marines and with additional DOD, DOJ, and NATO experience aimed to deliver efficiency and productivity, within budget, and while continuing to increase profitability and grow company’s portfolio. Well developed skills in Business Development, O&M Management, Full system life-cycle management, P&L Management, Forecasting and Risk Management.

· I have demonstrated my abilities to manage over 150 employees for a 3 yrs > $150M program through successfully launching of programs/projects, P & L management, client management, team building, Program enhancement, and more.

· I have consistently contributed my leadership skills in “Red Zone” (Afghanistan, Iraq, OCONUS), while managing the creative process, motivating and empowering team members, fine-tuning client expectations, and juggling multiple projects. I am a proficient top manager and profit-minded leader.
