A former attorney with 3 decades of experience. Morris Eisen guided a private practice while also serving as its senior attorney. For 30 years, Morris Eisen worked with clients to advise them on claim liability and business transactions, among other areas of the law.
With the New York-based firm, Mr. Eisen also represented clients in a range of cases in front of government agencies and before judges and juries. When a case did proceed to trial, he was highly involved in jury selection, arguing motions, among other duties.
In addition, Morris Eisen would formulate a defense or initiate legal proceedings, while at the same time developing strategies to maximize the chances of a successful outcome.
During his career, he was involved with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He holds a pre-law degree from the New York University School of Commerce and a law degree from the New York University Law School, which he earned in 1953 and 1956, respectively.
