Morris Kalichman
Since 1975, New York resident Morris Kalichman has served as President for a real estate property that offers both corporate and residential rentals in the form of one-and two-bedroom apartments. In this position, Morris Kalichman oversees daily operations and lends his property management skills to a wide range of duties, including obtaining credit reports, collecting rent, handling evictions, overseeing employee payroll, and managing the maintenance crew. Morris Kalichman attended The City University of New York’s Baruch College, where he majored in business administration and earned his Bachelor degree. Subsequently, he enrolled in Long Island University, gaining his Master of Arts in Public Administration. As a member of the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Morris Kalichman participates in an organization that supports over 1,200 businesses and provides them with programs designed to maximize their potential. Morris Kalichman proudly serves this outfit that works to improve business and economic development in the Rensselaer Gateway communities. In addition, he supports the One Israel Fund, an organization dedicated to preserving the safety and welfare of people of the Jewish faith, helping those affected by the Gaza evacuation rebuild their lives. Morris Kalichman gives generously to the Congregation Keter Torah, an orthodox temple located in Teaneck, New Jersey. When Morris Kalichman is not working, he enjoys physical activities such as tennis, golf, skiing, and hiking. To relax, he will often pick up a book by one of his favorite authors, Stephen King or J.D. Salinger, or engage in his hobby of photography. Morris Kalichman believes in staying current in his field, and to that end regularly takes continuing education courses.
