Morshed Khan

I have been employed in various agencies including UNICEF, Family Health International (FHI), Save the Children International, National AIDS/STD Programme (NASP) and ILO. I have closely worked with different ministries (MOHFW, MOLE etc.) and currently working for directly implementing public health intervention for the people with high risk behavior. I have developed strategies and programme implementation plans including budget on various public health issues including MCH, Nutrition, RTI, STI and HIV-AIDS addressing gender issues. I have conducted oral presentation in IHRA (international harm reduction association) conference held during 11 May 2008-15 May 2008 in Barcelona, Spain (presentation can be found at following address: http://www.ihra.net/Assets/166/1/2008_Monday_Concurrent_Peer_Khan.pdf ). My management responsibilities have included financial responsibility, direct staff management, NGO staff management, assist partner agencies to develop annual work-plans, coordination of contractual arrangements with NGOs. Coordination with Local Government body, Government officials, Donors agencies, UN and development partners are part of my regular activities.
