Hi, I'm Morteza — a BIM specialist working at the seam between design, software, and architecture.
For the past several years I've built a practice around one idea: great design is both intelligent and human. That belief pulls me toward the tools shaping the next decade of the built environment — Building Information Modeling, AI, automation, and the smart systems quietly changing how we plan, build, and live in space.
I treat architecture as a system, not just a form. Data, design, and people all push on each other, and the projects I take on sit where those forces meet — using BIM, AI, and digital workflows to speed decisions, sharpen collaboration, and produce buildings that respond to the people inside them.
What I enjoy most is the messy problem: untangling a construction process, shaping an architectural concept before the drawings exist, or testing how a new tool might serve human well-being in a dense urban block. The design background and the software fluency tend to be more useful together than apart.
If you're building something at the edge of architecture, design, and technology, I'd like to hear about it.
