I confidently played different types of role i.e. MIS-Advisor as technical and technological advisory role, IT/MIS Manager as supervisory role, Project Manager as supervisory role, System and Business Analyst, Software Architect, Software Engineer, Database Designer, Application Developer. Tools used VB6.0, C#.Net fx 4.5, ASP.Net, PHP, JAVA, MySQL, MS-SQL 2k to 2012, Oracle DB, Android Application Development, Big Data as MongoBD (Starter), different types of business intelligence i.e. Crystal report/Business Object, Active Report, SSRS/RDL, Java Script, JQuery, AJAX, JSON, XML. I am also familiar with develop and manage GIS system using Google map API. I have applied many critical, hybrid and distributed web and desktop technology to my different types of projects.

Currently, I am engaged with an iNGO named MSH (www.msh.org) for SIAPS (www.siapsprogram.org) in Bangladesh as MIS Advisor. I am responsible for MIS/IT advisory/advocacy services to GoB to implement various needful HIS (Health Information System) and MIS (Management Information System) tools for implement e-Governance in Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), DGFP, DGDA, DGHS and CMSD. Implementing business processes for Supply chain management portal (www.scmpbd.org) for 32-line director of MOHFW including logistics management system, asset management system for health facilities. Pharmaceutical regulatory management system (www.pharmadex.msh.org/bangladesh) , Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) and Pharmacovigillance monitoring system for DGDA (www.dgda.gov.bd).

Manage quality delivery on time and also manage vendors and consultants. Liaison, negotiate and MOU with counterpart/GoB to start new innovative initiative with different strategic mechanism. Evolved with e-LMIS design and advocate with DHIS2 open-source platform application for data collection from community clinic (CC), union sub-center (USC), upazila health complex (UHC), district hospital (DH) & civil surgeon office (CSO) store once in a month and migrate data from DHIS2 to SCMP (www.scmpbd.org) automatically through an API. Initiate, Arrange/Organize training/workshop/seminar and all other relevant events on demand of the project.

Additionally, I am very confident professional who closely involved in different activities is e-Governance tools implementation in Bangladesh to establish good governance to making transparency and accountability in every possible steps. From very beginning,
