My work is centered around one word - fitment! Thats why I go the extra mile in analysing why a candidate is looking for a change and why a company is looking for a candidate. I then become a catalyst in that meeting of interests. But then Recruitment is not about a CV matching a JD - its about one person becoming a part of a group of people.
