Moshie Horn

Moshie Horn is a real estate investor living in New York City and currently working as Principal at Apple Peach Holdings, LLC. Apple Peach Holdings is a Long-Island based real estate investment company that specializes in lucrative real estate investments. Working primarily with properties in the Southeast region of the United States, Moshie is dedicated to working with underserved communities to help them find housing.

Moshie Horn owns over 1,500 apartments and uses them to help provide shelter for the people who need it most. He faithfully fills 20-25% of his properties with veterans and estimates that 40-45% of all of his properties go to underserved populations, helping battered women and veterans find homes. He is affiliated with a number of government contacts for battered women’s shelters and veterans shelters.

Moshie Horn earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from Seton Hall University. In 2017, Moshie enrolled in the New York University School of Professional Studies, where he earned his certificate in real estate. Since then, Moshie has gone on to significantly expand Apple Peach Holdings. In addition, he also founded Tusk Equity Partners, LLC. in 2018, a with a similar approach to Apple Peach,Tusk has now grown into the rehabilitation and redevelopment aspect.
