My name is Manuel Castrejon, and I am a dedicated athlete and coach with a deep passion for the game and the development of future talent. My journey in competitive soccer began at Juarez-Lincoln High School, where I graduated in 2018. During my time there, I had the honor of qualifying for the state tournament in 2017 and was named The Monitor’s Player of the Year that same year.

I continued my athletic and academic career at Western Texas College (JUCO Division I), graduating in 2021. While there, I competed at the highest level and helped lead my team to the national tournament—a major milestone in my collegiate journey.

Afterward, I transferred to NCAA Division II Davis & Elkins College in West Virginia. My time there was marked by significant individual and team achievements: I was named to the 1st Team All-Conference, 1st Team All-Athletic Region, and earned 2nd Team All-American honors nationally—recognizing me as one of the top players in the country.

Following my collegiate career, I played semi-professionally with FC Brownsville in the NPSL division. During my time with the team, I contributed to their first-ever conference title and helped them qualify for the NPSL National Championship—an important milestone for the club.

Currently, I am pursuing my education at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley while dedicating my time to coaching and mentoring the next generation of athletes. My mission is to help young players develop the technical, physical, and mental foundations they need to succeed at the next level.
