Biography

Rahul Kapoor is dedicated to helping people transform their lives and achieve great results, both personal and professional. Over the last decade, he has impacted over 60,000 people across 100 organizations with his work in peak performance, goal setting and team effectiveness.

Rahul is a guest faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He conducts sessions for Executive General Management Programs.

He has authored over 150 articles for his column WorkWise which appears in Education Times, a supplement of The Times of India. The collection of his best articles have been compiled in the form of a book titled WorkWise – Lessons in Excellence for Young Professionals and published by Times Group Books.

Rahul is also associated with cricket; he has been the official host for Royal Challengers Bangalore during IPL3 and 4. He has contributed to the team in many ways like being the in-stadium presenter, moderating press conferences and designing fans engagement activities.

Rahul was conferred with Outstanding Young Person of India Award for 2010 by Junior Chamber International and was also nominated for Ten Outstanding Young Person’s of the World Award in 2011.

Ps. Rahul Kapoor is the pseudo name of Rahul Kumar Kantilal. He adopted the name Kapoor in memory of his grandfather Late. Mr. Kapoorchand
