Indiana was too full of corn and soybeans for Kristen Wyant. She was destined for something grand and all in lights, she yearned for the big screen so she went into costumes. She actively studies the construction and creative aspects of making a costume, and delivers professional quality work as a result. Kristen is well-versed in industrial aspects of costume construction, including but not limited to, molding and assembling mechanized parts, and has an advanced skill set in fabrication and textiles. Kristen Wyant is a freelance costume designer who first started creating costumes in 2013, she hit the ground running in 2015 by winning second place at Anime Crossroads costume competition, then won first place in the gaming category at Indiana Comic Con. In 2016 she went to win third place in amateurs at Indy Pop Con. She has been mentioned on Project Nerd.com for her “craftsmanship work that leaves any artisan wanting more.”
