Michael Ouanes

As a senior BBA candidate with a concentration in Financial Analysis and Alternative Investments, in the Isenberg School of Management, I am very eager to pursue my passion of Financial Analysis, with a focus on Investment Analysis. I have gained terrific experience to reach this goal during my time in Isenberg. I have recently began studying Econometric's to broaden my skills in Financial Analysis. Currently, I am working on an independent senior project to examine the behavior of funds that maintain an investment strategy in High-Yield Fixed Incomes. In terms of short term, I hope to work as an analyst for a mutual fund to help culminate my education with real world experience.

Aside from my studies, I frequently travel to help broaden my cultural exposures. I feel travelling provides very important experience for individuals pursuing a career in business as the world continues to stride towards more globalization. In terms of long-term goals, I hope I can apply my investing knowledge, more importantly my understand of High-Yield Fixed Incomes, to develop less risky strategies to invest in developing countries, and contribute to the increasing globalization we are experincing.
