Moubarak Hlama

I turn development and humanitarian realities into stories that move people to act. Based in N'Djamena, I am Client Engagement Assistant with the UN Volunteers programme in Chad, where I mobilize volunteers, engage partners across eleven UN agencies, and run digital outreach and institutional communications for the UN system.

Before that, I served as Communication and Visibility Assistant at Oxfam Chad in the Lake Chad Basin, with field experience in the Lac and Est crisis contexts and donor reporting for Oxfam and UNV. Today I also consult through IDEA PROCESS on humanitarian communication, proposal writing and capacity building.

I worked with SEMEA Group, IDEA PROCESS, Les Créatifs du Tchad, Chadian Digital Academy and EduPay Tchad to build tools and talent for Chad's next generation. Economics graduate, certified in International Organisations Management by the University of Geneva. I work in French, English and Arabic. Always building what comes next.
