Mounir has over 23 years of experience across infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, as well as in cost controls. He has extensive experience in developing project plans, tracking progress, measuring performance, and presenting corrective actions. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is the Project Controls Department Manager for the Kharafi National Company. He has worked on projects across the UAE & Kuwait.
