Estefanía Mourelle

My name is Estefanía Mourelle and I am a senior lecturer at the Universidade da Coruña (Spain). I teach Statistics and Econometrics applied to Economics and Business at Bachelor and Master degrees. I also supervise Bachelor's and Master’s Thesis. I currently co-supervise a Doctoral Thesis.

My research field is related to the application of statistical techniques in order to understand the behaviour of economic variables; in particular, time series analysis and non-linear modelling, but also experience in multivariate analysis and panel data studies. In this sense, I have several international articles in indexed journals. Likewise, I serve as referee for indexedscientific journals and participate in different R+D+i research projects,at national, regional and institutional level (main researcher in the latter).

Finally, I have also developed management tasks in the university institution, as, for instance, being the Vice-Dean responsible for quality at my my faculty for more than seven years.
