How Should You Prepare For Your First Wolli Creek Pilates Class?

It can be intimidating to walk into a Pilates studio and find yourself surrounded by scary-looking devices. But a Wolli Creek Pilates class is not that difficult as it looks. You can enjoy your session, have fun with new friends and also tone your body. There is no need to bring many items to a Movement 101 studio because they provide the equipment. But you might need to bring in a mat if you don’t want to use a shared one. You can speak to our staff from Movement 101 by clicking 0295679452 to understand the basic requirements.

Things You Can Carry

Like your mat, you would need to carry water to stay well-hydrated before the class begins. You can dress casually for your Movement 101 training class, but stay away from these items:

Avoid ties, back tops, drawstrings, and tassels because they can get caught in the springs of Pilates equipment.

Choose workout gears that are free from metals. Please don’t wear any ornaments and stay away from zippers, buckles, clasps, and other trimmings.

The pilates studio might ask you to avoid wearing strong scents because many people are sensitive to perfumes.

Pilates is done barefoot so, leave your shoes outside. However, you can wear a sock, but ensure they don’t slip.

Simplicity and modesty are the rules for Pilates Wolli Creek training sessions. Depending on your body type, you will easily find clothes that fit you. For any questions, please walk into our Movement 101 studio at Shop 53/95 Bonar St, Wolli Creek, NSW, 2205, and speak to our trainers.
