Some fantastic movies are spoken about a lot. The case is with the movie ‘The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button’. I heard so much of it that I decided to watch it when I noticed it at Dreamfilmen website. Why the critics rave about the ‘The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button’ is a mystery to me. It was boring beyond belief. I was literally jumping out of my skin waiting for it to end, which almost never happens to me (Trojan Women was the last time.) Not all that interesting either. It tried too hard to be meaningful when it was a nothing but a gimmick. It was far too long ... and contrived.

I give it a 2 only because it was an attempt to step outside the box (though it was a failed attempt). There was no creative reason to double cast Cate Blanchet in the roles of Benjamin's two loves. It was irritating and confusing. I didn`t pay anything to watch it, yet I wasted my time. And I was not alone.
