Last January 2014 was the released of “Buffalo Bill”— the first single off my upcoming debut LP (Capitol/The Brain). The song is undoubtedly pop, but it’s cool pop; the track features live horns, tribal drums, and a seemingly arbitrary tempo of 84 BPM. Made in collaboration with my fellow members of The Brain, “Buffalo Bill” also radiates an infectious energy that Moxie attributes partly to the collective’s chemistry.
