Los Angeles Calif.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised just outside of Los Angeles, California I have been shaped by the experience of growing-up Boricua in Atzlan. I am currently a Ph.D. student within Emory University's Graduate Division of Religion with a concentration in Ethics and Society. My academic interests include analyzing the assumed subject in Catholic Social Teachings (CST) through critical feminist and decolonial lenses. My current project aims to reveal how various subjectivities paradoxically remain undocumented in the documentary tradition of CST.
