Michael Tang is a Chinese-Canadian born in PRC and received secondary and post-secondary educations in Canada.
Prior to start MPRE, Michael worked for Sinopharm Group, the 3rd largest pharmaceutical distributor in the world, as manager of global business development; in the first 6 years of Michael's early career development he has been traveling around the world, meeting with business leaders and sharing with younger professionals about how international competence has helped him with his career successes, but at the same time, he realized that many fresh-out-college young professionals had difficulties with their personal and career planning. In responding to his inner voice and the market potential, Michael and two other partners founded MPRE in 2007, an energetic young firm that aims to make a difference in the lives of others by building a platform for international talents to gain international competences which is curtail in today's highly globalized job market.
Michael earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Capliano University, and an MBA from Royalroads University. He is also a certified Senior Supply Chain Manager from CSCMP.
