Matthew Quintana

I am a current student at Wayland Baptist University with an Associates in Business Administration and a Bachelors in Applied Sciences come May of 2012. My passion is in business management in reference to Health Service Organizations and Health Systems. I believe in contingency leadership theories and creating a culture condusive to satisfying organizational objectives.
