Mr. Man Mohan Sharma

Mr. Sharma currently heads the Competition Law and Policy team at Vaish Associates, Advocates- a full service law corporate, tax and business advisory law firm having offices in new Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Bengaluru.

He has worked in as Additional Registrar for over 2 years (2006 to 2008) where he was actively involved in competition advocacy and was closely associated with the amendment in the Competition Act in 2007 and drafting of most of the implementing Regulations under the amended Competition Act, 2002. He has to his credit, besides a first class Law degree from University of Delhi, a Post Graduate diploma in “Economics for Competition Law” from Kings College, London.
