Mr.Ragoût is a taste archaeologist. He discovers old recipes browsing old books and suggest them in their original manner. Mr.Ragoût does not invent, does not reworks, does not propose variations, he just does research and brings to light flavors and combinations to which we are not used anymore. Taste is expression of culture, customs and trends, every era has its own tastes. Cooking with a recipe of Mr.Ragoût is like traveling back in time, like putting on a grandmother dress and imagine being at the beginning of the century, wearing a cap of the twenties, or browsing a black and white album.
