I am a proffesional nutrition and exercise consultant as well as a photographer. I have climbed the business ladder for over a decade and now run and operate a business with crystal that we built from the ground up named KATN. KATN is our nutrition and training consulting business that has seen hundereds of clients through to thier health and training goals.

When I'm not working im either training for the next bodybuilding contest with my girlfriend crystal or spending what little extra time I have with family and friends.
