I am a Director in Protiviti's Microsoft Practice, Agent Practice Lead, 12-year Microsoft MVP, and internationally recognized speaker with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations transform the way they work through technology.

I lead Protiviti's Microsoft Agent and Copilot initiatives, helping clients design, govern, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform. I work with organizations to identify high-value opportunities for agentic AI, build practical solutions, and establish governance strategies that enable innovation while managing risk.

What makes me unique is my ability to operate at both the executive and technical levels. One day I may be briefing a board or executive leadership team on AI strategy and governance, and the next I may be designing solution architectures, building agents, or helping development teams solve complex challenges.

A significant part of my role involves building strategic relationships with Microsoft. I regularly collaborate with Microsoft product teams, engineering groups, and field leadership while serving as a trusted liaison between clients and Microsoft. This allows me to help organizations navigate product roadmaps, licensing decisions, architecture planning, technical escalations, and emerging AI technologies.

I am passionate about education and community. I lead executive briefings, workshops, bootcamps, Agent-in-a-Day events, governance sessions, and hands-on training programs that help organizations build confidence and capability with AI. My goal is always the same: make complex technology approachable, practical, and actionable.

Beyond client work, I am the organizer of the North American Collaboration Summit, one of the premier Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI conferences in North America. I am also a frequent speaker, author, blogger, and advocate for the Microsoft community.

At my core, I'm a builder, educator, strategist, and technology enthusiast who loves helping organizations solve difficult problems, embrace innovation, and realize measurable value from their Microsoft investments.

(And yes, I'm still a bacon aficionado.) 🥓
