Personal:
I am a recent graduate from Teachers College at Brock University. I was recently hired for the Occasional Teacher list at the District School Board of Niagara. I am eager to begin my journey as a teacher and inspiring young minds.

I am a Husband (beautiful wife pictured), die hard Los Angeles Lakers fan, hip hop music connoisseur and a big time foodie. These are the simple things that I enjoy in my personal life.

The role of Teacher and Learner in the 21st Century:
My responsibility as a learner and educator is to continue developing my Professional Knowledge and maximize opportunities through Ongoing Professional Learning either independently or collaboratively with other educators or administrators.

With 21st Century learning, embracing new and innovative technologies, ideas and approaches is where growth can occur. Teachers and learners in the 21st century have endless amount of tools and resources they can tap to continue improving their abilities. Lastly, I feel that taking risks and encouraging students and teachers to venture into new territories will allow for further growth of abilities. I can only support a platform where technology can help develop risk takers, because with risks comes learning and that will benefit everyone.
