Experienced Learning & OD professional

Currently taking some time out of work to finish my MSc in People and Organisation Development at Roffey Park/University of Sussex - due to finish Sept.2015.

Until recently I was working as Manager - Learning & Development at Discovery Networks International in London (Discovery Communications operations outside the U.S. & Latin America).

Prior to that was Organisation Development (OD) Consultant at Chevron Upstream Europe in Aberdeen, Scotland (2.7 years) and also held various Learning & OD roles for Chevron and Subsea7 in London. Overall worked in the Oil & Gas industry for 7 years, both Operator and Service Companies.

Have developed, facilitated and rolled out Learning & Organisation Development programs for individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation globally, from the U.S. to Australia and Brazil to South Africa and Kazakhstan.

Fluent Portuguese speaker with knowledge of Italian, French and Spanish.

Portuguese, Airmiles Collector, Gin Lover & Nice Guy. Like Chocolate, Chips, Traveling, Champagne & Cocktails.
