During my early years as a Washington Bullets ball boy and throughout my years as an Orlando Magic athletic trainer, God positioned me to learn from some of the best coaches, athletes and business personnel.

Working with the professional athletes on a daily basis presented me the opportunity to learn the behind the scenes tools required to create a winning team and organization.

Every year, I have the opportunity to inspire and equip individuals of diverse backgrounds and ages to live a vision focused life while acquiring the tools to fulfill the vision.

in 2011, I received the honor from Monster.com to present their “Making It Count!” program to audiences across the country.
