Sayantan Dasgupta

Sayantan is a creative and an enthusiastic person with an affinity towards media and business. He is currently working as the Corporate Communications Manager for Jaarvis Accelerator, a think tank of Jaarvis Group, an MNC based in Hong Kong.

As a skilled communicator with more than 6 languages know he carries an ability to be comfortable with self-expression, fostering healthy terms, and acts as an effective communicator. As a people Manager, with an encouraging attitude he is intuitive about people, and concerned for their feelings. He is a Big Picture Thinker with a cognitive mind that caters to a broader perspective. Exceptionally capable in organising and running activities and projects with ideas that are disruptive.

Behind his corporate life he has a background of a professional musician and has been working with the Music & Film Industry as a contemporary Music Director, Composer and a Session Artist and has many mainstream Films to his credits. Lately, he served as a Music Director for "Bin Tere" with BlueRiver Productions in collaboration with TSeries Records. He has played with many artists like Naresh Iyer (Best know for Roobaaroo from Rang De Basanti), Shweta Mohan, the legendary Cinna Prasad etc. to name a few. He has been featured in numerous newspaper like The Telegraph, The Hindu, Deccan Chronicles, The Indian Express and radio channels like 104.8 FM, BBC etc. He has performed live at places like Zee TV, Sun Music TV, Raj Music TV, International Film Festival, VIPS, Rumbar, Someplace Else, Bay 146, Alliance Francise, Gothe Institute, Jadavpur University, Star Rock, Presidency College, The Park, Phoenix Market City and numerous other venues. Sayantan has also been teaching and playing guitar for the over 15 years now and has a vast knowledge about all the media platforms which include radio, television, studios and social media.

He has worked as a Public Relations | Writer at Businessworld New Delhi in 2015 and earlier as Engineer, Session Artist Artist and a Community Manager at Arevyen Studios Chennai from 2012 to 2014. To infer, he is a melting pot of creativity and believes in the power of this universe and good karma.
