David Heskiel

Outside of the real estate industry, David Heskiel has experience as a gourmet chef. He concentrates on the preparation of vegetarian cuisine, with a particular expertise in creating pasta dishes. As a connoisseur of fine food, he dines at New York’s most acclaimed restaurants and belongs to the largest Facebook group for foodies.

Active in promoting goodwill among the people of greater New York, Mr. Heskiel serves as a chaplain and helps establish bonds between religiously and culturally diverse communities, and he volunteered to participate in search-and-rescue efforts throughout areas impacted by Hurricane Sandy. In the weeks following the storm, he counseled residents who had lost their homes and helped them secure shelter, food, and financial resources.
