I strongly believe that students are best served when teachers and leaders engage them as active members of the learning community: this is when the most growth can occur.

Most recently, I served as a Curriculum Development Specialist for Mohawk College and as the Registrar and Volunteer Coordinator for a 2-day symposium at the 2016 World Festival of Children's Theatre. As a researcher, I am investigating Initial Teacher Education admissions standards across Ontario's faculties of education, as well as late assignment practices in the Ontario college sector.

Each of these projects are central to my ongoing commitment to leadership, research, and education in the twenty-first century.
