I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries and my favorite has always involved technology. Supporting small business owners attempting to set up their Quick Books at US Bank or walking a teacher through the testing software at NWEA, I have always enjoyed solving problems. I have 7 years of Customer/Technical Support and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The people that I have worked with have a desire to help clients solve problems and it makes for a fun and productive workplace.
