Dr. Mrim Boutla is a cognitive neuroscience PhD with over a decade experience coaching and facilitating workshops for emerging and established leaders interested in securing meaningful jobs in CSR, social enterprise, and mission-driven business.
In 2010, Dr. Boutla co-founded More Than Money Careers (MTMCareers) with Dr. Mark Albion, Faculty Founder of Net Impact. MTMCareers is an online learning platform designed to help students and working professionals get clear, get connected, and get hired for mission-driven jobs and internships across 179 impact areas (e.g. sustainability, impact investing, CSR, and education). MTMCareers is currently been used by thousands of students and alumni across 52 campuses and fellowship programs.
Dr. Boutla earned her Bsc in Psychology from the Unversite Catholique de Louvain, and her MA and PhD in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester.
