Earlier, I have worked into application support / production support and ID & Access management domains with TCS and IBM respectively. I started my professional life in April 2006 with Genpact, UK credit cards customer services.
I am Commerce graduate from the Univesity of Rajasthan, Jaipur. I am GNIIT (S/w engineering) certified and have also studied computer hardware and networking, CCNA.
