The StrengthsQuest strength that I value most and feel is my best asset from my top 5 is Restorative. To me, it means that I am good at dealing with problems that arise, first by identifying the problem, then taking steps to resolve it, in the best way possible. I identify with this strength the most because this is something that I feel is truly valuable and useful to have as a strength throughout every facet of life, and is pertinent both where I am now and at any point in the future. Problems will always arise in life, and the important thing is to be able to recognize when this is happening and find the solution to these problems and keep moving forward. This strength is useful now in dealing with school problems like how best to study or how to manage my time, as well as personal problems with friends that need sorting out. This is also a strength that I hope to keep high on my list as I continue to get older, as with any job that I might get, the ability to problem solve and use critical thinking to find solutions is just as valuable as technical knowledge. The overarching reach and influence this strength can have is why it is my most important one.

It is a beautiful song and more than that is a great tradition that I will always love being apart of and cherish. This taught me that you're never alone, whether its just close friends or thousands of your buckeye family, we are all united and all have a place we belong, here at OSU, together.

The Letter To Myself was the other activity that had the most impact for me, and one that I believe will continue to help me in my time at college. It was interesting to write, and even more interesting to see how my situation and thoughts changed from writing it until now, not even a full semester having passed. This makes me interested in how things will continue to change for me as I progress further through college. However, this exercise also showed me something impo
