Former child actor Mitchell Marchand, from Juice featuring Tupac Shakur, relocated to Los Angeles 15 years ago and hasn't looked back. The New York City transplant is an accomplished writer/producer credited with several popular shows, including The Wayans Bros, BET Network’s “Comic View”, “Coming to the Stage”, and “Hell Date”. Marchand served as head writer on Oscar-winning actress Mo’Nique’s late night talk show. Soon, he will debut The Family Burns on Russell Simmons' All Def Digital channel, which he created and stars. The Family Burns is Mitch's "Hip Hop Cosby meets Curb Your Enthusiasm" take on his life as a married man with kids who at 39 years old is attempting a comeback to Hip Hop and rapping.
