Marissa MacPherson

My name’s Marissa, I’m 19 years old. I live in a small town south of Boston. I’m a self taught/aspiring make up artist.

I started wearing make up when I was like 10 years old- I owned probably every Lip Smackers ever created and I had a specialty in stealing my Mum’s 4$ drugstore brand mascara. (Sorry Mum.) I have always been your typical make up wearing girl, but I never actually thought I’d consider it as a career until about 3 months ago!

The light bulb went off after doing my daily scroll through different beauty Instagram pages and watching YouTube beauty vlogs. So I looked up schools near me, and immediately got enrolled and began my makeup artist/esthetician path.

I love enhancing my beauty, and others beauty. I also love working hard, and working at what I want.“Do what you love, & money will follow.” So I’m doing just that, blogging about what I love doing & aiming for the very top!
