Of my top five StrengthQuest strengths, I identify best with the "Arranger" strength. One of the things about myself that I am most proud of is my flexibility. I am able to roll with the punches and not get overly stressed out. This makes me dependable in emergency situations, which is good because in the summers I work as a lifeguard. This is also good in my social life because last minute plans do not bother me; in fact, they excite me! As far as the impact this strength has on my academics, it helped me to adapt to living and learning at Ohio State, even if it wasn't exactly like I thought it would be.

For a long time this semester, I was adrift. I had no clue what my dream job was. People were wanting me to figure out my plan B, when I didn't even have a plan A. However, I think I have figured out my dream job. I want to be a forensic psychologist, meaning that I can work at the intersection between psychology and the law. I learned that I need to be following my interests, not just looking for a job that will make me well off.

Learning how to effectively manage my time was extremely useful and important. In class, we sat down and had to write down how we spent our time, and I found out that I could be using my time much more efficiently. In the future, I will study smarter, not longer.
