Hi and welcome! I'm a wife, mother and Grandma who can never get enough LEARNING. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and, soon, will be embarking on my journey to become a Health Coach. I truly believe "age" is just a number and we can choose to feel OLD or embrace each day as a blank canvas waiting to be filled with whatever we want. I am also a Writer and, after putting that "truth" about myself aside for decades am now allowing the words to flow - I hope you enjoy them and that some of them will resonate with you.
