From his early years in Ghana Ryan David had a passion for music. He told his mom that he really wanted to sing. Despite her best attempts to ignore him, she finally gave in and gave him a chance. She realized he was talented for a 4 year old. Shortly after his family relocated to Columbus, Ohio that singing solos frequently at churches became the norm. As a self-described artist he took up writing, drawing, and singing as ways to express himself. His main Influences stem from R&B, Soul, Gospel, Hip-Hop, Afrobeat and many more. Ryan continues to draw on his diverse background and interests to create a unique sound. His message still remains positive and encouraging with deep thoughts and sweet melodies.
